Upon your arrival, visitors will be greeted by the Census Taker and from there you will enter the city of Bethlehem. While you drive through the city the Roman soldiers will be on patrol, and as citizens of Bethlehem carry out business as usual in the blacksmith shop, the village well, the Bethlehem Inn, and the basket weaving shop, you will experience the sights and sounds with live people and animals. As you follow the star you will hear and see the proclamation of the Good News to the shepherds and journey with the Wise Men to the manger scene where our Savior was born. Then we will move on to the Last Supper, the Cross, the Empty Tomb, and the Ascension.
You will be given a glimpse of what it must have been like over 2,000 years ago in the city of Bethlehem when Joseph and Mary made that trek to be counted and our Savior was born in the stable.
Church buses are welcome. This event is help rain or shine, and admission is free!
